Privacy Policy

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no advertising or tracking pixel, and stores nothing on your device. There is no login and no newsletter sign up. If you only read pages here, we do not know who you are and we are not trying to find out.

There is one form, the booking request at the bottom of every page, and it only does something if you choose to fill it in. Exactly what happens to it is set out below.

The one other exception is that fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which is also explained below.

Who is responsible for this website

This website is operated for Healthify Homoeopathic Clinic, run by Dr. Aarti Gadhavi, BHMS, practising in Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra. The clinic decides what happens to any information you send it.

If you want to ask anything about your data, or ask us to delete something you have sent, contact the clinic on the phone number in the footer of every page.

What we collect when you simply read the site

Nothing that identifies you. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records standard technical information for every request made to any website on the internet, such as the IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser type. That is how web servers work rather than a choice we have made, and it is used only to serve pages and to keep the site running.

We do not combine that information with anything else, we do not build a profile from it, and we do not sell or share it.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies at all. There is therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. If you ever see a cookie banner on this domain, something has been added and this page should have been updated at the same time.

Google Fonts, the one third party

Our pages load the Cormorant Garamond, DM Sans and Caveat typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request in the same way any website you visit does.

We do not receive anything from Google in return, and no analytics or advertising identifier is involved. We use Google Fonts because it is fast and reliable, and this line exists so that you know about it rather than because it is a large intrusion.

Health information, and why we are careful with it

Information about your health is sensitive, and it deserves more care than an email address does. Nothing on this website asks you for it. The symptom checker is explained below and it keeps nothing.

When you become a patient of the clinic, the notes taken during your consultation are clinical records held by the clinic, governed by the professional confidentiality obligations that apply to any registered medical practitioner in India. Those records are not part of this website and are not accessible from it.

The symptom checker

The symptom checker on this site runs entirely inside your own browser. Your answers are never sent to us, never sent to any server, and never stored anywhere. Close the tab and they are gone.

It is educational only. It cannot diagnose you, it does not produce a score, and where an answer suggests something urgent it stops and tells you to see a doctor rather than offering you an appointment.

The booking form

The booking form at the bottom of every page asks for your first name, a WhatsApp number, and the day and time you would like. An email address and the tick boxes for what you would like help with are both optional, and the form works perfectly well if you leave them blank.

When you send it, those details go to this website's own server and are passed straight to the clinic's private Telegram, which only the clinic can read. They are not written to any database, they are not stored by us afterwards, and they are not sent to any advertiser, analytics tool or other third party. Telegram, as the messaging service carrying it, will hold the message in the clinic's own chat in the way it holds any message.

If you tick one of the treatment areas, that is a small hint about your health, so please only tick what you are comfortable sending. You do not have to tick anything at all, and you can simply tell Dr. Aarti in person instead.

It is a request rather than a confirmed booking. Nothing on this site can reserve a slot for you. The clinic reads your request and confirms with you on WhatsApp, which is also why the WhatsApp number is the one field we genuinely need.

If you would rather not use the form, please ring the clinic on the number in the footer of every page. Nothing about your care depends on booking online.

Ask Root, the AI assistant. Not live yet.

An AI assistant called Ask Root is planned for this site and is not built yet. When it launches, anything you type into it will be sent to an AI provider in order to generate a reply, and this section will be replaced with the provider named, what is retained, and for how long.

Two commitments are being designed in from the start rather than added later. It will never diagnose, and it will be built to route anything that sounds urgent to a doctor rather than to a booking page. Please do not type anything into any AI assistant, here or anywhere else, that you would not want stored.

Analytics. Not live yet.

No analytics of any kind currently run on this site. When the clinic adds analytics in order to understand which pages are useful, this section will name the tool and describe what it collects, and a cookie notice will be added if the tool requires one.

Links to other websites

Pages here link to the clinic's Google Business Profile and to Google Maps. Those are run by Google under its own privacy policy, and once you follow a link you are on their site under their terms rather than ours.

We do not link to remedy sellers, pharmacies or affiliate products anywhere on this website, and we do not take commission on anything.

Your rights

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over personal data about you, including the right to ask what is held, to ask for it to be corrected, and to ask for it to be erased where it is no longer needed.

Because this website collects nothing that identifies you, in practice there is usually nothing for us to show you or delete. If you have contacted the clinic directly, or once booking is live and you have used it, contact the clinic on the number in the footer and it will deal with your request.

Changes to this page

This page carries the date it was last updated at the top. When booking, analytics or the AI assistant go live, the relevant section is rewritten and the date moves. We will not quietly widen what we collect and leave this page describing the old position.
